Favorite Character Party
Bring toon-time to life! A Favorite Character party; for example, Dora the Explorer, Blues Clues, Looney Tunes, Hello Kitty, Spongebob Squarepants, etc…, is great for ages seven and under.
Invitations
- Store-bought invitations are the best in this case because chances are you will find your child's favorite character on the invitations.
- If you can not find your child's favorite character, use the character for inspiration for your hand-made invitations.
Attire
- Ask guests to wear theme-character clothing.
Decorations
- Purchase party decorations and favors with your child's favorite character on them.
- Get balloons in the character's color scheme.
Activities
- Play traditional children's party games like Pin-the-Tail on the Donkey.
- Hang a piñata of the character.
- Hire a clown.
Food
- For children's parties, keep it simple.
- Hot dogs, hamburgers and chicken strips are great for these events.
- If the character has a favorite food, serve that item. Example: Spongebob loves hamburgers,
